Stop System™

The RAVETTI flow stop equipment STOP SYSTEM (TM) has been developed since 1990 and allows the temporary isolation of any underpressure pipeline, where a total shutdown is not an option, and the maintenance of the flow through a bypass connecting the machines, thus negating the need for major disruption to services.

The STOP SYSTEM (TM) can be used on most common pipeline materials such as Steel, Cast and Ductile Iron, Copper, Stainless Steel and special Steels, Plastics and Cement Asbestos.

The full range includes machines for pipes from DN 2” to 24” (50mm - 600mm) and they are available in three class pressure ratings:
- up to 5 bar, manual operated
- up to 12 bar, manual operated or hydraulic as option
- up to 24 bar, hydraulic operated

Special gaskets are available for high temperature applications up to 120 °C and for district heating pipes.
